Appearance of Paintings Online
We endeavour to provide an accurate colour representation of our paintings, however different screens can give rise to variations in appearance. We are positive that the original, when viewed, will not disappoint you.
Payment
Paypal is used for payment. If you do not have, and do not wish to open a Paypal account, a debit or credit card can be used at no extra cost to you. On checkout your payment is made via Paypal's secure website in pounds sterling with any of the major cards. For security reasons, we do not have access to your card information.
All paintings sold through this site remain the property of the respective artists until full payment has been received.

Delivery UK Mainland
Delivery times are generally 2-3 working days. Orders are dispatched within three working days of receipt of order. We will, if given an email address, notify you of dispatch date, and if your order has not been received within five working days from dispatch, please notify us. Postage and packing to UK mainland addresses is free.
Paintings are sold and dispatched without frames. Pastel paintings are protected with glassine and packed between two sheets of foam core for mailing. Oil paintings whether on board or stretched canvas will also be protected with foam core.
If you would prefer to receive a painting suitably and professionally framed, this will incur an extra charge.

Overseas Delivery
We welcome overseas orders. Please contact us for P&P rates, as these vary dependent on destination. Payment for overseas orders must be cleared prior to dispatch. Any import charges/duty are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All our customers can be assured that all information provided when ordering from us, is treated in strict confidence, and is not divulged to any other person.

Returns Policy
If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to discuss return and refund details. In the event of damage in transit, please supply photographic evidence of damage to packaging etc. When returning, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as we can not be held responsible for losses in transit.
